Why Volunteer?
Do you want to learn new skills, get out and meet people and make new friends? Do you want to make a difference in your community?
Thousands of people of all ages volunteer in Hampshire and the choice of opportunities is endless.
- You could be a driver, a shop assistant, a counsellor or befriender, working directly with people.
- You could help out behind the scenes or offer your IT, finance or admin skills to groups which desperately need this kind of expertise.
- You could be a trustee or school governor making board-level decisions or a fund-raiser persuading others to put their hands in their pockets.
- You could get out in the fresh air gardening, leading health walks, looking after animals or working on environmental projects.
Whatever your interests, there is a volunteering challenge for you
